BBO has me at 100+ master points when i have 11

I wanted to play in my clubs 0-100 came on Thursday and the director said I had over 100 points. I have 11.55 master points.
BBO has my correct cable number. I checked with acbl and they confirmed my 11.55 master points. I want to play in this game this coming Thursday and so not want this to be a problem. How can this be fixed. I have emailed but got back an automated message - we're swamped.

I checked our log for Thursday, and don't see you being rejected from any games because of too many points.

I do see you being rejected because your partner isn't an ACBL member. The problem was that he mistyped his ACBL number, so our software couldn't recognize him as a valid member. I've fixed it.
