I'm trying to help a number of users update to v5.6.0 on their remote devices, but I don't want to tell them to delete their current version and reload the latest BBO version if it's already been automatically updated on their device. On the remote app, how can a user determine the version that is being used? Thanks in advance.

Go to the app store in an apple device. Find the installed app by clicking on the person icon on the right. Then click on the more link to show the version number.
Thats for the latest iOS version, but older ones and android devices should be similar.

Thank you sfi.
Just to complete this answer, can the version be determined from within the bbo app? I can't seem to find anything in the current version that displays the app version, though I'm sure I've seen it on legacy versions.
