When my partner and I join an existing table we would like to clear the MyResults tab so that we can show and save only the hands that we have played. Is there a way to do this?

Many will clear the score upon request but it is the prerogative of the host. If you feel very strongly about this, host your own tables rather than joining an existing one.
This could be read as a little harsher than I intended, but my point was that you are effectively the guest of the host and asking for the scores to be zeroed is fine but expecting them to be zeroed is not. There may be a reason for the host not wanting to zero the score and giving the guest that option would be wrong.
