No popup explanation of own bid Mouse-over description of next bid no longer there

I have noticed in the last week that I no longer see the description of a bid I am about to make.
I can't find if that is an option that can be turned on/off.
Is it a new policy?

Nothing changed. I just checked and it still works for me.
