She already explained why she is posting under an alias, and frankly she didn't have to. I'm perfectly happy with her as Kaitlyn, and she's got my vote for newbie helper of the year. You really have to leave aside the water cooler.

I was looking to see if the results were posted anywhere by searching for Posty. It appears that there is a Posty competition every year but winners have not been posted since 2012. Am I missing something?

I was hoping nobody would bring this up :/

The thing is that only two people voted and nobody got more than one vote in any category. Maybe I should publish the votes as promised but it doesn't really feel right to award a "price" on the basis of a single vote.

Part of the issue here was lack of attention during the year. It's very easy to simply forget about threads that are 6-8-10 months old. In the past, we had some very involved threads that were easy to remember but not so much anymore.

In 2017, let's try to use hash tags or some other tracking mechanism so that we can recall them easier in December.

That's why most Oscars go to movies that were released in December, they're still fresh in the voters' minds.
