IMO, North's performance was indifferent.

- Agree with mike777 that North bid too much.

- After winning A, North need not rush to cash A. North needs to continue s to defeat 4X.

west's king of clubs was a bad card - the standard clueless false card from a player who thinks playing your highest card is the pinnacle of deception. it should make it much easier for north. south can't have 1065 and play the 6, no matter what signals you're playing.

2 clubs was an entirely pointless call. offering 1400 on a bad day for 0 upside
