Pass, because I don't even know that we can make 3, let alone 5.

If partner doubles again, I'll take it out. He should have the sort of hand that would have raised a 3M advance to game. We might well have three losers, but we might also be making 5, and there's that nagging worry that 5x will make.
... that would still not be conclusive proof, before someone wants to explain that to me as well as if I was a 5 year-old. - gwnn

pass and if p x 5c then bid 5h.

It is just a no win scenario to bid 5h here. If p has a good enough hand for us to
make 5h CHO will probably never let us play it there. If we pass now and p x 5c
our 5h bid lets p know we are very weak and distributional so at least we won't have
to worry about getting x in slam:)))))))))))))))))))))) vs the 5 level(ouch).
