I can see that bidding can be very right (xxx, xxxxx, x, xxxx is probably only 300 for example while xxx, Qxxxx any 5 cards is 500 at the worst), the danger is that partner has something like J10x, Jxxxx, xx, Kxx so you go for 300, but 4♠ doesn't make.
I think you have to just pass.

If anything your hand is more defensive than partner might expect. If sacrificing is right partner can work it out. Pass is clear.

Pass is clear to show a little respect for pards bid on these colours but I would double before bidding any higher.
That's still pards job though and decisions like this ALWAYS belong to pass out seat.
