Pass - horrible shape, Qx of hearts isn't particularly great either.

I though 3♣ was auto, but I need to change my view on competing when partner opens 1NT at the 3 level, because 3♣ turned wuite badly. KJ10xx looked very high ODR to me.
At the other table they passed and collected 200
at our table I bid 3♣, and wank trying to recover a few IMPs perhaps tried 3NT
He had

the contract looked very good, but clubs break 5-1 and ♦Q was offside, so when the opponents carefully led ♠9 to show no honnor and 2♣ bidder ducked twice they made in time 2♦, 2♠, 1♣
