My wife and I have been playing on the old downloadable version of BBO for a long time. We decided to try the web version and discovered that for some reason we are unable to claim as the claim button stays grayed out. We have tried claiming from both our PC's. Even if you are down to 1 trick to play and hold the only outstanding trump, you can't claim. We are both using windows7. I'm running the latest version of Firefox and she is using the latest version of IE. No problems when using the downloadable version. Suggestions ?

Does the download version allow you to claim when you play against GIBs?

Yes, I can claim when playing versus GIBS on the download version.

You should be able to claim when playing against people.

I am using the online version of BBO and I also have this problem. The claim button is always greyed out. Did anyone ever find a solution to this problem?

Play with people, not robots, and you'll be able to claim. The web version doesn't allow claiming against robots. It's on our to-do list, but hasn't been done yet.
