abuse at the table

Last evening I was playing against a new player in BBO(2 days) , who happens to be my friend... Her parter had quit, and the new partner called her a stupid idiot, and said she needed to have "beginner" on her card...
I took a screen shot and sent it to abuse@bridgebaseonline as the directions told me, but it came back... Why is that information posted, if it doesn't work. How do I report this?
