In GIB's system, would I ever open 1♦ when holding longer ♣ than ♦? If so, would a NT rebid deny that strange situation?

with 5♣ and 4♦ GIB would open 1♣.

But human could open 1♦.

Do you mean 1♣ - 1♥/♠ ; 1NT rebid needs some adjust?

I did not "mean" anything... I'm asking questions about GIB's system.
