Multi Landy is sometimes called Reverse Cappelletti (ML is capp with 2C and 2D switched), it makes sense that Cappelletti is Reverse Multi Landy :)

Not quite but close. In multi-Landy the 2D bid is specifically a major, in reverse Capp/Ham/Pott it can be any suit. It is true that alot of players do not get this distinction. There are also other variants, for example switching the 2M overcalls to 1-suited natural and moving the 5M-4+m hands to 2C.

"We couldn't agree on a system. So I play Cappelletti, she plays Hamilton."

Yes, I have said that at the table. No, I don't do it to anyone who I believe won't get it (although I did make a mistake once, and apologised for it). No, I wouldn't do that in a serious game. But yes, I have had a couple of odd looks for 2 or 3 seconds until they process it...
