MP's
South leads J for East's A
2nd trick: East play 2 and South 4.
Result:4+2; around 80% for EW.
What do you think about this play and the duck by South?

Seems like a good play. Also seems normal to duck for south, partner could have stiff ace of spades, and it's not immediately clear why popping is necessary or why east might take this line.

No D-opening lead. Isn't this overtrick try obvious: C-4th for D-discard?
Typical play; good defense.

I was South and played this hand against Jack. Probably not that difficult for Jack to find this line, but would most experts play the same?

Does Jack really make deceptive plays?
... that would still not be conclusive proof, before someone wants to explain that to me as well as if I was a 5 year-old. - gwnn

I think Jack creates a number of deals and analyzes the double dummy result for every card played.
I'm not sure how/if it includes the misplay of South in that. Maybe it does the same (creates a number of deals and analyzes the double dummy result) for the next card, e.g for the card that South plays.
