Pass.
They might play 2 or 3 NT and then I'll lead a spade and take the first seven tricks.

When they play a contract my spades wil not make many tricks.
We´ll see, after 3 - p - p I'll bid 3.

I'd lead fourth best from longest and strongest.

Coded 10's and 9's means that the J denies! Obviously you lead the Ten to show 0/2/4 higher :P

Good point. The 10 does seem to be the stand-out lead.

It works for coded 10's and 9's, as you mention.

It works as a Rusinow lead.

And, it happens to be right for 3rd/5th leads, if you play that.

I lead 2./4./6. against NT, so I will lead a systemic 7....

I won't break my partnership agreements for a single (possible goood) result....

I pass. I will lead the spade 10 then the Ace, so that partner can relax as early as trick 2.

I will not double any notrump contract below the 6 level, and probably shouldn't even then.

Question: LHO bids 3 and rho corrects to 3 or LHO bids 3 and rho passes... do we bid? I do.. they have to double us and beat us two for that to be right for them... I am morally certain that they make at least 110, so -50 or -100 can't be bad (altho dollars to donuts they can and will compete to 4 minor).

Pass. I doubt we need a spade lead against 5, and I will do everything possible not to lead out of turn against 3N. I will pass 2N but I will bid 3 if they are resting in 3m.

I can't tell if you meant this with sarcasm, but given RHO bid 2NT, we will be on lead against 3NT. Yay!

By the way, I pass too. No reason to do anything else. As a side question, would most people play double here as a takeout of diamonds? Apologies in advance if people feel that is forum creep. Just felt relevant for those considering a double that it wouldn't even show what they thought.

Stupid yes, sarcastic no.

What I meant is I will not ALLOW pard to lead out of turn with his 4th best heart.

Yes double is TO of diamonds with 3 as the majors.

If you want to bid anything, just bid 3. Opps may go to 3NT :)

The player I kibbed lead the J, then the A, then the T, to keep partner as tensed as possible

As clee kindly pointed out to me in PM, this thread was sort of pointless. I am thinking about what to do if they bid something other than pass or bid 3NT, but that can probably wait until they actually do it.
