I'm nervous. I can see 500, 800, maybe even 1100, when opps haven't bid game yet. Even 200 vs 130 is still no good.

1100 might be a bit much, but it's not too hard to come up with layouts where 4h has no real prayer.

4♥ is a bit pushy, but I'd go for it. You won't get buried all that often and once in a while when the whole world is offsides, the opps would bid and make 5♣ noting RHO's 2♣ then 4♣ is weird and he may be fooling around.
