IN MOLTI MI CHIEDONO DA COSA SI DISTINGUE UN DIRETTORE .
LA MIA RISPOSTA DI SOLITO è DAL FISCHIETTO:)
PERò PENSANDOCI NON SI POTREBBE TROVARE UN COLORE DISTINTIVO ANCHE PER I DIRETTORI?

Concordo in pieno, un colore che contraddistingue i TD sarebbe utile ad esempio per sapere a chi chiedere una mano se si starta e i TD che abitualmente ci aiutano non sono online.
Diverso sapere se oltre che avere l'abilitazione il TD in questione ha anche un minimo di esperienza, se la "vede allo stesso modo" ovvero se è in sintonia con il nostro modo di dirigere... e in quelo solo l'esperienza diretta potrà aiutarci.
