Worst bidding and defense ever

Playing with 3 robots I mistakenly bid up to 7NT off an ace. Robot on lead had the ace and both failed to double and lead the ace, allowing me to make.

This is a notorious historical bug which was purportedly fixed some years ago.

Was this an "Advanced" robot?
