Hello. I am a newly registered TD and trying to learn on fast track how to manage tournaments. I am looking for solutions to minimizing TD Calls and/or interventions.

I am wondering if there are any description setting available for TD or developed by senior TD that can achieve the following results:-

1) If a TD does not eliminate the Sitouts within a specified period of time after start of the tournament, the software does this automatically.
2) If a player is disconnected for a specified period of time, the software does the seating of a robot automatically.

In my minimal experience to date of managing tournaments, I have found the above two issues as the major reasons for TD calls. I am aware that the above capabilities are already functional, but perhaps restricted for paid versions used for setting up tournaments attracting larger than 40 pairs.

No, there isn't currently anything that automatically replaces missing players with subs or robots. We require the TD to intercede.
