I tried to join Prime, but the system asks me to enter credit card information.
To do this, I purchased 2 times 10 BB$, but the system refused to save the card information.
It was impossible to check the field "Save data CC"
Can someone help me?

Make sure to allow cookies. As far as I recall, if your IP doesnt match the card, you can purchase but you cant save the card or use it to subscribe. You should be able to simply add your card on file without making a purchase every time, by clicking "Change credit card or update personal information"
