Partner's bid is a bit weird. Why not 2 first if 16-17, and pass now with 15-?
Assuming partner has a modest 16-count with four spades, pass could be right at IMPs where 2 may be the last making contract but I would bid 3 at MP as 140 is more than 110.

There's also the issue that 2 is a weird bid so it might not even be natural. Some kind of trial bid with six hearts is maybe the most logical meaning. In which case pass would look silly.
I rarely totally psych the bots - seems a bit cruel. But it can be fun from time to time --- thepossum

Pass and look for a better partner.
