Just Play Bridge Leaderboard help me understand...

I wonder if anyone can help me understand the leaderboard on the "Just Play Bridge" game. As I type this, the leaderboard says there are currently 7005 players online. I've played two hands so far, yet somehow, I am in 29,816th place. How is this possible?

There's a bug in the forum that the view count doesn't update until after the first reply.

I don't see anything contradictory in the numbers though - the people on the leaderboard just don't happen to all be online right at that moment.

The leaderboard resets daily as per http://doc.bridgebas...ire_Bridge.html
