We changed who can play Challenge Reward. It's only visible to users who've spent very little BB$ recently.

I often played these challenge rewards (eg when not having time to play more).
It is a strange way a of handling customers to take this away without giving an explanation that has logic.

I'm sorry. We are in the process of launching more challenges with BB$ rewards. This first one was mostly experimental, to find out if players would enjoy the format. We'll launch more formats with various "stakes" in the next BBO updates.
Note that there are lots of challenge variations completely free to play, eg the robot challenges, star challenges, etc. if you enjoy a few boards when you have little time on your hands.
