When - as a director - I view a board in order to make an adjustment for a slow table, I have to hit [Next] multiple times to reach the point where the board was whisked away. Then I can make a judgement or use GIB.
It would be good if the board presented itself at the moment play was curtailed.

Having such an option would be OK but I think watching the play that occurred helps the TD (most of the time) come up with the correct adjustment. i.m not such a good player so certainly helps me, It's the times when it comes down to a guess that I find most difficult. GIB will always assume declarer guesses right.
