I have this bizarre problem. When I and three friends are logged in, the number of them I can see varies from 0 to 3. I can manipulate that number by logging in and out myself, and getting them to log in and out. However, after having achieved all three online, if I press the "Casual" button they disappear. So if I try to set up a casual table for four by the time I have set it up my three friends are apparently offline, and so do not get invited. I must emphasise that BBO is telling me that people are offline when I definitely know that they are not. I don't know if this is of relevance, but I succeeded in setting up a teaching table. None of the buttons you press to set up a teaching table causes my BBO app's knowledge of who is online to glitch. This problem happens both on an Android tablet and an iPad. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

BBO has a new multi-server architecture where all the Casual players are on a different server. The players on the home server and the Casual server cannot see each other at the moment.
