ACBL member number

I am unable to invite my partner to a game in the Virtual clubs.   BBO says she is not an ACBL member.. She is a life master and is an ACBL member.  Does this have something to do with her alphameric membership number.  If so, how can she change it.  If not, how does she get this corrected?

Has your partner linked her ACBL number to her account?

On the latest version of the client you can click on "ACBL World" and at the bottom there is an option to update your ACBL number...
