Love bbo, and you guys do a great job. I've noticed that if I am a host, bbo will never give me a robot unless I pay for one. And most times it won't give me a player either. I eventually need to click, start to "buy" a robot and then cancel. It sometimes will put a player in the seat but most times not. Eventually I just leave the table and join a new one. Don't see this issue with other players. I suspect it is because I used to deposit money in bbo$. Any ideas?

Robots only fill in at a table if someone leaves in the middle of a hand, just to finish that one hand. If you want to play with or against robots for entire hands, you have to rent them.

BB$ is not a factor at all when seating players in the main bridge club. However, I think the algorithm used in "Help me find a game" favors tables with fewer open seats. So if there are tables that just need one player, and you open a table with 3 empty seats, it may take a little while before players find their way to your table.
