I attempt to lose a club, a possible ruff and a spade, win and play a club at trick 2.

I think Cyberyeti's line is best. I don't see much else to play for other than setting up clubs, which you must do before you lose a spade trick. You just need to play spades for 1 loser.
EDIT: After further thinking, I guess you're also worried about losing the spade to east and conceding another ruff. Maybe A!s and low to the Queen, but this might just be me thinking double dummy here.

♠
I would be worried about a getting a club ruff and still have to lose 2 trump tricks. I would just play ♠A and a spade which takes care of 3-2 trump breaks and still has chances on 4-1 breaks onside.

Best line for one spade loser is bang down SA first. If J or T fall on right supposed to hook, not play for JT tight. Then on this hand when bad break revealed, can work on clubs.
I don't think club at trick two is best, you may give up ruff to say tx and find skjx over the queen for another two losers. While just play two rounds trumps just loses at most two trumps and club if trumps 3-2.

Win and play ♠A and another covering Wests card. This beats 4-1 trump breaks with West having the 4, which is 14%. Together with trumps 3-2 (68%) and stiff ♠K with West, I make that 85% in total.

Wanoff's line seems to work.
