Does it exist or does it not exist (whatever 5H means in terms of a slam try)?

I would think something like:
♠ x
♥ Axxx
♦ xxx
♣ Axxxx
I can imagine that advancer is underbidding a little initially, fearing that he might play in a 4-3 fit, given that some partners might double 2♦ on a 3334 distribution. Once the doubler shows that he wants to be in 4♥ opposite a 3-4 HCP hand with 3-4 hearts, this hand is huge.

Yes, I can imagine bidding like that, late in a knockout down 20 imps. Though that hand is so good for play in hearts that if I were to shoot on that hand, I'd prefer 3♦ to 2♥. If partner does have the pancake hand the 5♣ contract may be biddable as a better shot since a bridge player would have moose to make a TO double over a preempt on a pancake hand without a stopper. (If I were playing my preferred methods I would be using lebensohl in which the 3♦ cue advance is a stopper ask, the second round cue after lebensohl would show the game force and specify 4 hearts, so I might shoot in that manner, but there my normal bid of lebensohl then 3♥ to make the game try since I could bid this suit at two level makes the shoot less often profitable.)

V-Jxxxxxxx-Axxx-x.
The auction is never stopping. There is no way to show this. Partner is probably planning to do something interesting. So, bid low and see what happens.

I think this is a case of Gib Math you bid 4H even though I could have 0 so u have a monster, I have something so i'm gonna make a slam try.

Not sure if you got the message, but responding 2♥ with 12 cards is hardly an overbid. If partner raises to 4♥ and all of a sudden you have a running side suit (found the ♣A) and controls in all suits except ♦, while partner shouldn't expect any values at all, I don't think bidding one more is an overbid.

With NO bids by your side of any side-suit, then 5-of-trump asks for trump quality.
The replies are:
pass = with NO trump honor
6H = 1 of top 3 trumps
7H = 2 of top 3 trumps

Yes, that's the normal meaning of the bid. But what kind of hand could partner have that would make a minimum response to a takeout double, and then want to invite slam based only on your trump quality? That's the genesis of the question -- partner's hand on this round of bidding seems totally inconsistent with the previous round.
