Look at the explanations on 3nt,it says " 18+hcp,18-TPs".
After 4nt ask RKCB,I know there must be some misunderstanding according to my common-sense judgment,so pass.
I think that the root cause is incorrect explanations on 3nt .
If I really have 18+hcp,I can jump 3♥,or 3♦ or 2nt,never bid 2♦,obviously the explanations of 3nt is illogic.

Why is Gib counting it's ♠ singleton to justify a slam try?

Like in another recent thread, several explanations are hinky. You cannot invite slam after making a passable game invitation. And it's complete silliness to say that 3N shows 18 HCP.
