Fails to bid 4H ?

To put this hand in the same category as 11 point balanced with 3 card suit
is simply bad.

Thanks for reporting it.

4M over 3M requires 13+TP.

GIB having 12 needed to simulate. and it picks in 80-85% in the cases.

Unfortunately here it didn't.

However will be investigated for better evaluation of the shape to raise a bit more if partner didn't upgrade much.
