Matchpoints, strong field by club standards. You have a strong club auction to 3NT with no suits being mentioned naturally, opps passing throughout. Lefty leads ♥5 (4th best). Do you play low from dummy risking a club switch or do you take a view that lefty might have led from KQxx(x) and so put up the jack, but avoid the club switch if you're right?
