Why does the software not allow you to search using words of less than 4 characters. I typed in "How can I see my own BBO master points" and it wouldn't let me as it didn't like the words being short.

Supplementary question is "How can I see my own BBO master points"? !

For a (very brief) earlier post about this, see: http://www.bridgebas...__1#entry642738 .

Supplementary answer: (a) by Paying closer attention to the pop-up screen you get when you sign onto BBO, or (b) on the homepage, under the My BBO heading along the left side (not across the top toolbar), click on Masterpoints.

This doesn't answer your specific question, but you can use google, restrict search to site:www.bridgebase.com/forums (allow subdirectories), and you can search for short words. The search software here does not allow shorter than four letters I think. Be sure to add some OTHER search terms.
