If the opps are remaining silent then 2X looks quite good to me. Alternatively,

1 - (2) - 2;
3 - 4;
4 - 4NT;
5NT - 7

would get it done. Am sure someone can find a more scientific auction.

I like double; I'd rather have 4 pieces than AKx, but sometimes it's right to be greedy. Partner will pull 2 by north, and then I can show my clubs (or just keep cuebidding and pulling 3NT until partner gets the joke).

If I don't double - and maybe "partner might have clubs" is enough for me to not - then 2 "INV+ club raise". Partner will be able to keycard our way to the grand, assuming we don't get a game bid by north right away.

easiest way:

2 (cuebid, showing stopper in hearts)
3 splinter

you can imagine the rest.

But as mycroft says it is quite normal to start with a double and try penalties, then it gets more complicated.
