Connection problems

I have been experiencing more connection problems lately.
It is not exactly scientific, but I get an impression that this is a general malaise.

While there is absolutely nothing that I can do with the knowledge it would still provide some comfort if BBO would regularly publish some data on net congestion that it is experiencing, perhaps by geographical location. Leaving aside the comfort of suffering shared being suffering halved and all that, it would be nice to know if my ISP might shoulder some blame.

Could you be more specific? Are you seeing a low number of bars in the corner display?
