duck a spade and try a cross ruff seems my best hope, I will start ruffing in dummy twice (third club and third spade wichever they force me first), but cash K early.

couldn't resist and I saw the full hand, Sementa was on lead, he gave me a terrible headache 2 years ago on this hand http://www.bridgebas...__1#entry475482 by leading 10 from QJ10, he knows how to tease :)
