1S-(3H)-3S-(P)
??

1S is limited, precision or Polish Club, approx what % of hands opener will bid 4S ?

At imps I would bid game only with the top 15%. It feel a bit conservative so im wondering if you agree ?
From Psych "I mean, Gus and I never see eye-to-eye on work stuff.
For instance, he doesn't like being used as a human shield when we're being shot at.
I happen to think it's a very noble way to meet one's maker, especially for a guy like him.
Bottom line is we never let that difference of opinion interfere with anything."

Without max-overcall-double as a game invite,
4S often. Partner was pressed for space but
chose to raise. Only minimum shape and HCP passes -
look for a reason to go game, not a reason to pass.
Besides they may phantom-sac to 5H when 4S was close.

This question applies to any system, actually. Opener should probably just let it go with run-of-the-mill hands, up thru the weak NT range. Responder's 3S is under pressure and will include many hands below strength for a true game invitation. Decent invites would probably commit to game on their own.

15% of hands in Polish is way too little imho. Partner's hand will normally be from the top of a weak raise to the bottom of an invite.

I would treat 3 as a competitive raise, holding 9 trumps in total. I would raise if and only if holding an extra.

Yeah, Polish 1S (limited to 18) and Precision 1S (limited to 15) are totally different beasts.
