I would play partner for a weak hand with long clubs and pass.
Kind Regards

Looks like a pass.

assuming the colors are us NV then pass is pretty much the %age call since this is BBF and I can choose my bidding system to match the hands I open a weird 15-17 1NT (which in reality normally has its own problems)

btw I thought at the time that pard had the more difficult decision to make here over 2h.
btw2 now that I see you play int j/s at the 3 level I wonder if this was a 3c bid over 1s by a passed hand?

edit it looks like wank plays it as a fit jump.

Pass. You were NV (OP isn't clear). Partner would need a surprise to make 3N.

What's your preempting style w/r btw?

Yes i know this hand, one of the few hands i watched. I agree with your pass.

Pass is clear here. For what it is worth, which might not be much, I really like to use only 2 as drury, and save 2 for hands I would have opened a weak two in clubs if that had been avaialable (this is only playable if 2 is a weak 2). That way, 3 is a nice little fit jump (or fit non-jump if opponents bid something at two level) by a passed hand.

good point inquiry, I also think 2 roudi is outdated.

I though that even if wank had 9-10 HCP game would be bad unless he had the precise cards. Because our trick source needs partner to have 2 honnors plus a diamond stopper.

Turns out we actually had 3 trick sources O_o
