Should East double over 2 spades? Should West double over 1 or 2 spades? 3♥looks free over 3♣, should that be tried? Is slam reachable?

Pass by East over 2♠ is fine (and correct bid imo)
3♣ by West is NF. I would have doubled or bid 3 ♥ with West hand when 2♠ comes to me.
And which Slam are you talking about ? I hope not ♥ slam for obvious reasons. 6 minor is better than some of the slams i played but i think u need 3-2 ♣ or J dropping and ♦J dropping. I wouldnt be able to find it, since ehat makes minor slam reasonable is the minor spots and i wldnt know that during bidding.

I agree with this, 2C to show the good 6 card suit, followed by 3H looks easy. Doubling is very odd to me with a 6-4 shape.

I want to compete further but I am not sure what to bid.
( You are not in a penalty situation... yet ) .
Partner would then have an easy 3H .
Hopefully, you just stop in a 4H game.
I don't know how to reach a 6C slam.... after finding a 4-4 ♥ fit .

Are you sure about what you agreed to ? He says 3♥ would be fine AFTER 3♣ bid. So he suggests opener should bid 3♥ over non forcing 3♣.

I had doubled 1 ♠, I do have 4 ♥ and even if we play it the old way- I have both unbid suits, right?
I had passed with the east hand. Partner cannot hold 4 ♥ in a normal hand, he had X with that- see above. And if he has a hand, where he has clubs and hearts but wants to show hearts later, he will double 2 Spade himself.
I had double 2 ♠ with West hand- I still have 4 hearts. If this double does not show 4 ♥, I should have double earlier.
I had not bid 3 ♥ with the east hand. Why should I? Partner has denied more then once any hearts, so there is no need to bid this as an attempt to reach 4 ♥.
