At this weeks club game my partner and I bid to this 4s contract

My partner held : ♠ AQJ9 ♥J97xx ♦Ax ♣Qx

And I held----- ♠ 7652 ♥Qx ♦KQxx ♣Axx


LHO led a low diamond--

My question--What would be your first instinct with this hand? What line would you choose?

and how would your approach change after you realize LHO has K108x is spades?
