There is a good chance of bidding slam if south bids 4. In fact I think north would be disappointed that there is no grand.

I think we're all agreed that the South hand is too strong for 4. But is the shortage more important news than the 4 tricks? I realise not everyone plays them, but my first thoughts were that South should start with a fit jump of 4

Either 4D (fit jump) or 4H by South should do the trick - see mike777's auction.
