I would bid even if my partner tank passed 3S. Would not have bid 3D though, I can make game opposite nothing.

three DBL for me with South hand.First DBL=T/O,Second DBL=show extra,Third DBL=Penalty if PD wd like to pass.

Partner heard you show extra on the round before. If she wanted to double them for penalty, she could have, unless a double would have meant something else.

Pass maybe isn't the best bid, but is surely a LA, since I've narrowed the range of my hand pretty much.
With 0463 it's borderline if pass is a LA (probably not).
