about 20 yrs ago read this article about how the CIA tested out paparivine on some Russian sailors who were hitting up a whore house. supposedly they wore out the prostitutues.

For those who arent familiar with paparavine it was the precursor to the
ED drugs. The military alwasy looks for a way of using a durg for their purposes first. Same thing they did with LSD
