Scoring: IMP

pass 1
1 2
3

With enough to invite over a 12-14 1NT rebid, partner would have bid his suits in a natural order; otherwise he'd bid spades first.

Over 2, 2 would have been any weak hand, 2 would have been a one-round force, and anything else would have been game-forcing (so we're forced to game now).

If you now bid 3, it's fourth-suit forcing, because you're English.

What do you do now, and what's your plan after partner's likely continuations?
... that would still not be conclusive proof, before someone wants to explain that to me as well as if I was a 5 year-old. - gwnn
