Partner overcalls at 1-level. What agreements do you prefer for the bids by you?
(I know this is covered in partnership bidding pdf book, but I'd like to see a small overview).
Is 1-level bid by you forcing?
Is 2-level bid forcing?
All jumps in new suit are fit?
difference between cue-bid and 2NT (if they both show fit)?

Over (1C)-1H: (assuming no Rubens advances)
1S = constructive, NF.
1NT = constructive, about 8-11 (12).
2C = 3+ support, good raise or better (8+ when NV, 9+ when Vul).
2D = constructive, NF.
2H = weakish raise.
2S, 3D = support jump shift.
2NT = 4+ support, limit raise or better.
3C = mixed raise (4+ hearts, about 7-10 support points)
3H = preemptive, less than a mixed raise.
3S, 4C, 4D = splinter.
3NT = to play.
1S = constructive, NF.

The typical Dutch style I've learned is that a new suit on the 2-level is NF, on any other level is forcing.
A jump to the 3-level in a lower suit is natural and forcing. A jump to the 2-level is natural and to play (not quite preemptive but about 8 - 11 HCP and a 6-card suit).
As others have different agreement, better agree with a partner before trying any of this.

I usually play new suits= NF.
Jump in new suits=strong, natural forcing.
1N=8-bad 12ish.
2N=12+-14
cue then 2N=15-16.
cue=doesn't promise support, but usually delivers at least a doubleton unless very strong with a hand unsuitable for a strong jump shift.
This style is not really mainstream but is consistent with my relatively insane approach to 1 level overcalls. I really really prefer non forcing new suits to forcing, the common argument I hear for forcing is "well you won't get to play in 2C anyways.." but the big thing is when overcaller bids again you know he didn't overcall some really hopeless hand. Basically he can pass to define his very wide ranged hand more. Playing forcing new suits it seems like you just have to keep bidding and bidding.
