The very best leadership? Sorry, ma'am, but Mr. Belichick is already under contract.

lol. pretty sure this should clear up any doubt about andy dalton being a complete loser. wont somebody PLEASE THINK OF THE CHILDREN!?
Meanwhile, this season is really, really weird. Aside from a few good teams and a few really bad teams, does anyone really know how to rank the teams? Are NYG a top 10 team? Oakland? Are the Vikings an NFC contender?

ETA: We lost by 9, 6, 7, 1, 7, 4 with CASSEL/WEEDEN. I repressed the PATS blowout, guess we'd be 8-1 lol.

This is what I was afraid of when he went down but sadly it looks like the season is already over. That said, the OL and D should still be there next year and a decent draft position might be just the extra boost needed to make a run...

I don't watch a lot of NFL, but I always thought it was standard for the commentators to be hopeless at this, and clearly worse than the coaches? 4th and goal at the one-yard line, first drive of the game, would you expect anything but "Can't go away empty after a good drive like this" "got to trust your defense"?

Guess maybe Garrett has gotten smarter. FOX went for it down 8 on like 4th and goal from 3 or 4 with not that much time left. They didnt get it, then KUBIAK ended up punting from 4th and 1 at the 40 instead of trying to win the game right there. Chicago drove it down and scored, but missed the 2. I think FOX was regretting not going for a field goal before, sigh.
But yeah coaches and commentators have always been hopeless, it has gotten a lot better in the last 5 years though, I see many coaches going for it around midfield and at the opponents 1 yard line etc. And some commentators criticizing them when they don't. But I guess generally commentators are worse than coaches.

edit: In fairness, Vikes jumped so GB ran a free play. Def possible that they were not going for it and were gonna waste a t/o so LOL GB if so.

Sounds like a good bet on the Panthers. Classic example of bettor behavior trumping realism.
