Even at this vulnerability I can't resist 3♦. Would be more fun if we were non-vulnerable.

I don't expect to stop 3NT (or 5NT) unless P has the cards to make 4♦ or 4♥. -460 vs. -500 is only a single IMP, seems a reasonable risk to me.
A fit in either red suit might even make with P having as little as two red kings or the ♠A and ♦xx/♥xxx; if not, -200 vs. -400+.

3D for me. No need to mention the hearts when diamonds are two cards longer.

Playing in hearts you could lose control and go for a big number, so three diamonds.

IMO, at MPs you should bid. At IMPs the decision is closer but I still rank
1. 3♥ = ART 5+ ♥ and 4+ m
2. 4♦ = PRE. Again, there's a risk of a 500 penalty
3. Pass = NAT . Avoid revealing bad breaks,
